Touch of Christmas Light Installation: Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Aaron's Lawn Maintenance, LLC, doing business as Touch of Christmas Light Installation ("Touch of Christmas Light Installation" ,"we”, "us" or "our"). Touch of Christmas Light Installation is a trade name of Aaron's Lawn Maintenance LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company.

By using this website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Our services

We design, install, maintain, take down, and store holiday lighting and decorations for homes and businesses in Piedmont, Yukon, Mustang, Tuttle. Services are performed by the team at Aaron's Lawn Maintenance, LLC.

3. Requests and estimates

• Submitting a form on this site is a request for an estimate. It is not a contract.

• Estimates are based on the information and photos you provide and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may change if the property, scope, or conditions differ from what was described.

• A contract is formed only when you accept a written proposal or agreement and any required deposit is received.

4. Consent to be contacted

By submitting a form, you agree that Aaron's Lawn Maintenance, LLC d/b/a Touch of Christmas Light Installation may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your request, including scheduling and follow up. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.

5. Payment

• Deposits, installation fees, and any takedown or storage fees are stated in your proposal.

• Payment is due day of installation. We accept Credit Card, Check, Cash.

• Unpaid balances may be charged a late fee of 4% per month where permitted by law, and we may pause services until the account is current.

• Card charges will appear as Aaron’s Lawn Maintenance.

6. Scheduling, weather, and access

• Installation, service, and takedown dates are estimates. Weather, safety conditions, supply issues, and other events outside our control may cause delays. Safety always comes first, and we may reschedule when conditions are unsafe.

• You agree to give us safe access to the property, including gates, outlets, and power. Please keep pets secured and clear the work areas.

7. Electrical power and property conditions

• Lights require a working, properly rated power source provided by you. We are not responsible for pre existing electrical problems, tripped breakers, or outlets that are not code compliant.

• Please tell us about roof, gutter, siding, or fixture conditions that could be damaged by installation. We are not responsible for pre existing damage, or for wear that results from normal installation on aging or weakened surfaces.

8. Equipment ownership

Unless your proposal says you purchased certain lights, all lights, clips, cords, and equipment remain the property of Aaron's Lawn Maintenance, LLC and must not be removed, altered, or sold. You agree to notify us promptly if equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen. You may be charged the replacement cost of equipment that is lost or damaged because of your negligence or misuse, subject to the terms of your proposal.

9. Maintenance and service calls

If your proposal includes maintenance during the season, we will repair or replace failed bulbs and strands that we installed at no charge. This does not cover damage caused by weather, animals, vandalism, other contractors, or customer tampering. Please contact us at (405)-985-8597 to request service.

10. Cancellations and changes

• You may cancel before installation begins by written notice. Deposits are refundable before work is performed.

• Cancellations after work has begun are billed for work performed and materials ordered or custom made for your project.

• We may cancel or reschedule for safety, non payment, or inability to access the property.

11. Limitation of liability

We carry insurance and take care in our work. To the fullest extent allowed by Oklahoma law, our total liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Website use

The content, photos, logos, and designs on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, reuse, or republish them without written permission. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit false or harmful information. The site is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Canadian County, Oklahoma, unless the parties agree in writing to another method of resolution. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern directly.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last revised. Your signed proposal or contract controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
